Does anyone have any advice for my upcoming job interview?
I applied at Subway for 2 different positions, shift manager and general manager (I meet the qualifications for general manager) but I have never worked at a Subway before. So, I have worked in food service for a very long time and I am hoping that this interview is for the GM spot, but I'm not actually sure.
So, I'm assuming it is for GM and I will be wearing a nice shirt and a tie and really pumping myself up for this interview. I have been really thinking about possible questions they might ask me and coming up with and rehearsing answers to those questions, but I'm really nervous. If anyone has any advice or experience applying to similar positions, or possibly hiring people into similar positions I would love to read it!

Well you have the dressing nicely thing down! Other than that:
1. Answer the interviewer's questions HONESTLY. They can double check your answers later and if you lied about something you probably won't get the job.
2. Double....no triple check your resume! No grammar or spelling errors, that'll just make you look bad.
3. PRACTICE! Print out a list of questions and have a friend or relative give you a mock interview. That way when your true interview arrives you won't be as nervous. You can get countless possible interview questions from various websites like this one:

4. Sell yourself and sound confident! You ARE going to get this job and you're PERFECT for this position. Don't downgrade yourself at all during the interview.
Hope these tips helped out and good luck!

If you'll actually specific enthusiasm for the process you implemented for you'll make a bigger influence. If you're most effective watching for a paycheck, you might have concern. I bear in mind an interview I had for an R&D process with one and 2 off construction. I need to inform you, I was once stressed out. I desired to do this process, with all it is type, so dangerous I might style it. I consider the boss obtained the identical feeling for the reason that I obtained the process. And bet what, neither folks was once sorry. I made him a ton of cash and I had a ball doing it. Good Luck. Remember, entthusiasm!!!
