what's the movie name?

few days back i saw an english movie in TV. Guess the movie had just started cause. A cruise ship is sailing in an ocean. Passengers are dancing in the open deck while a woman is singing to live band. A small girl around 10 years dances with an old man (presumably her grandfather/ uncle/ caretaker etc). Next the camera pans to the wires which are decorating the deck with their bright lights. Then a man comes to the deck and unknowingly triggers a fatal chain reaction - he does something which causes the light wires to snap up. The wires cuts through almost every1 in the dance floor except the little girl. Every1 is shown falling to the ground with their body sliced by the wire (Remember the laser effect in Resident Evil1 while entering the Red Queen room).

The girl is horrified by what has happened and is hugging her grandfather tightly. After a while she raises her head to only see his face being cut by the wire at his mouth - thereby killing him. Seeing this the girl screams in terror and the screen goes black.
