Can I be 115 pounds and still have muscle?

I am male 5'8-5'9 and 200 pounds and I want to get down to 115 pounds but lose an additional 15-30 pounds and be 85-100 pounds and gain 15-30 pounds of muscle everywhere on my body. I want muscles and I know it would be easy for me to get muscles but I don't want myself to be over 115 pounds once I reach my goal. I want to be skinny but at the same time have muscles. Is it possible for me to achieve muscles without going over 115 pounds once I have lost 100-115 and be 85-100 pounds and gain 15-30 pounds of muscle and be 115 pounds? Is it possible?

You shouldn't aim for 115 pounds, that's underweight for a fairly muscular male who is 5'8. Aim for 150 pounds. Run one day, do a muscle workout the next day, run farther the day after that, do a harder muscle workout the day after that, and so on. Keep challenging yourself, good luck!

Edit: 150 pounds at the lowest. Also, if you are going to diet, eat healthy food and don't even think about starving yourself.

You can be skinny and still have muscle and be over 200 pounds... I'm not exactly skinny but I weight 200 right now but I do have quite a bit of muscle mass. Weight in pounds isn't everything because of multiple variables, such as water weight, fat percentage, bone density, and so on. Case and point, get yourself to where you want to be with muscle mass and fat percentage while being healthy. Good luck Amigo.

At 115 lbs at 5'9 you would look anorexic! Why in the world would you want to be so skinny? You definitely wouldn't look like you lift, you'd just look like you need to eat something.

180 might be god enough, since muscles weigh more then fat.
