I mostly answer question in Diet & Fitness. I've been bodybuilding as a hobby for the last 10 years and feel that I know quite a lot about losing fat and gaining muscle. I have no qualifications in this field but I've done a lot of research and feel that I know more than the vast majority of people that answer on here. That is the reason that I joined this website. I was browsing one day and saw some of the stupid answers that people were being given so I decided to join to put some truth out there. There's a lot of misinformation about losing fat and gaining muscle that's either just outdated information or complete nonsense spouted by certain companies to convince people to buy their useless products. It wastes time and money and makes peoples lives more difficult. I've fallen victim to some of these scams and half truths in the past and am here to try to stop people making the same mistakes.
Is this a good setup for a gaming pc?
I'm planning to build a gaming pc for under £500 and would like peoples opinions on the components I've chosen

I'm not too concerned about playing everything on the highest possible settings, I just want something that will run the latest games as my current pc is ancient and would cost a fortune to upgrade. This is my first time building a pc so I would also like to double check that all the parts are compatible before I place the order. I already have a copy of Windows 7.
Also, I've decided to go for AMD over Intel to save money. How much difference does it make if any? Thanks in advance.
