Ive replaced them twice and the cylinder blows out the piston and boot

you also may have the wrong parts installed.
Source(s): you should have less than 3/4 inch full range movement, not enough to poop the slave cyl apart unless it is not assembled right, or you have the wrong/missing parts - 8 years ago
What bandit is trying to say is correct. You need to tighten up the brake shoes. You need to turn the star wheel so the shoes are about to touch the brake drum. Right now your brakes are backed off so much there is too much travel and the piston pushes the cups out

are the brake shoes up against the wheel cylinders ? if the shoes are not resting against the cylinders then the will blow once you hit the brakes !

Shoes and drums must be in place and adjusted correctly before applying any brakes. Even to bleed them.
