Workout out programs for fast muscle growth?
I'm looking for some workout programs that can pack on mass fast. I've already tried max ot, it worked well, and now I'm considering German volume training, but is there any other programs that would work better?

I have been working out for 6 months and have put on 20 lbs of healthy mass. Besides changing my diet to high protein foods and eating 5-6 meals a day I did a 4 day split every week. Chest/Tricep, Shoulders, Back, and then Legs. You do all of this and you can do what I did. Lift heavy with low amount of reps. Focus on Deadlifts (back), Bench Press (chest), Squats (legs/core).
