Graham Hill's Lotus 49B in 1968, introduced by Colin Chapman.

The Lotus 49B did have a front wing and a small rear spoiler at Monaco in 1968, but it was Brabham and Ferrari which introduced "proper" rear wings at the very next race at Spa.
