My left hand is always colder then my right?

I am 19, female.

My usual blood pressure is 90/50. Which I know is really low.

However recently my left hand has been almost numb compared to my warm right hand.

I use both hands equally.

What's up?

Update:

I can't afford expensive medical treatments. I'm 19 and a full time student and a full time server.

This could be caused by a degenerative nerve disorder. See your doctor immediately and demand an MRI of both hands.
