simple physics question?

i just want to make sure i am right ....

the relationship between mass and weight is determined by

a. friction

b. velocity

c. force of gravity

    c gravity. If you take a mass of 1 KG from the earth to the moon the weight will change but the mass will remain 1 KG.

    If you take the same mass to the sun the weight will not matter any longer you will just be smoke.

    weight = mass X acceleration due to gravity
