Will Nexon delete my Maplestory characters without my consent?

They don't need your consent. They own the game, the server, and all rights associated with it. There's a limited amount of space on a game server. It's common practice to cull unused/abandoned/idle accounts to free up space for more active users. As to why those two and not your others, I'm not familiar enough with the game to guess -- if each character is a separate account, it could be any reason (random selection, done by account #, alphabetically, whatever). If they're all tied to one master account, it's more likely that either you indeed put them on someone else's account (in which case you'd need to contact Nexon or said sibling for account info), or if your account was idle that long, it's entirely possible it got hacked/stolen and someone stripped them for gear, etc and deleted them.

People saying that they deleted your characters because you weren't online are completely WRONG. That's not how it works. Nexon is terrible for "freeing up space with unused accounts." That's why there are people with the IGN "Emily" "Bill" "John" still, and they haven't been online SINCE LIKE BETA. They don't do that.

Go on global rankings and type in the igns, if they don't show up, someone has deleted your characters or you have. Or they have been banned. If they show up, they must be on another account. Good luck. And don't worry if you have to start over. Kaiser and Luminous just came out. It's way too easy to level. Go for it!

both you're typing your login techniques incorrectly (caps lock is on, incorrect password, and so on) or you get carry of hacked. because you stated you tried your birthday and e mail, and they stated it replaced into incorrect, per chance you've replaced it contained in the previous and forgot that you probably did.
