My mom randomly takes my iphone?

My mom would just randomly come into my room and ask for my phone. Its not like i use it all the time. Actually i rarely use it only when i have the time or when im bored. She even took it on a saturday night while i was on my bed using it! There isnt any pattern to it either she will just take it when she feels like it. Please explain why she is doing this to me.

If you are a teen she is checking up on you. As a teen you think you know everything but you don't. If she is paying for the phone than she is allowed to check up on you. It may not seem fair to you but life ain't fair.

She's worried. She has more experience than you do and she knows that even though she can trust you that you might trust the wrong person.

Isn't is wonderful to know she loves so much she checks on you!

A lot of kids would gladly change places with you.

If she bought it and pays the bill, it's her phone. I agree with the other person, that she is checking to make sure you're not doing anything bad on it.

Perhaps she doesn't want you to get addicted to it.
