Is this a good workout plan?

im 15 5'9 tall and 65 kg male i got some extra fat all over my body and im wondering if this is a good plan to lose 7 kg in 3 months and gain build muscle

monday- weights upper body+boxing

tuesday- weights lower body +boxing

wednsday- weights upper body

thursday -lower body weight training +plyometrics

friday-upper body weights

saturday-boxing

sunday-rest

i jog everday for 2 miles and use the ellyptical for20 minutes

i sleep well and eat 1700 calories daily with 110 grams of protein and drink alot of watet

so will this get my body fat percentage under 10

and buil

d me muscle abd get a six pack

    Are you doing any stretching exercise?

    You can have nice big muscular v shape body. But still if you don't have flexibility, It wont be good.

    In your workout add some flexibility exercise or yoga.
