    hi, i stand at 5'9 and weigh 150 lbs,18 percent body fat

    im 15 years old and im eating 1700 kcal a day

    and also eating 125 grams of protein a day

    1-how many lbs must i lose to get to 7 percent bodyfat

    2-how long will it take to lose all this fat i want the fastest way possible

    i lift weights and i jog 2 hours a day and also do kick boxing

    im 15 5'9 tall and 65 kg male i got some extra fat all over my body and im wondering if this is a good plan to lose 7 kg in 3 months and gain build muscle

    monday- weights upper body+boxing

    tuesday- weights lower body +boxing

    wednsday- weights upper body

    thursday -lower body weight training +plyometrics

    friday-upper body weights

    saturday-boxing

    sunday-rest

    i jog everday for 2 miles and use the ellyptical for20 minutes

    i sleep well and eat 1700 calories daily with 110 grams of protein and drink alot of watet

    so will this get my body fat percentage under 10

    and buil

    d me muscle abd get a six pack

  • how often should i study?

    well this year im in grade 11 and im doing gce as level exams in a couple of months time and ive heard that i should study 24/7 every day with no free time so if anybody has done these exams can you please tell me how often should i study a day without including homework because im aiming dor straight A grades and i watch 1-2 soccer matches a week and go to to the gym forf 2 hrs everyday ...can i fit this in to studying well everyday for straight A's i sleep enough.and i take

    So I've been planning to get in good shape I'm not really fat but. I'm plannigand on losing some extra weight and get fit .I'm 5'8 and 15 yrs old and 58 kg I want to get to 52 kg in 1 -3 months so ihave a couple of questions.

    1.If I. Lift weights for both my upper and lower body and run about 5 km 4 times a week eating healthy and drinking whey protein will help alot?

    2-I. Do plyometrics like sprinting and ladder exercises how much should I do a week and is it ok to do these plyometrics the same day I exersise my lower body if yes then before it or after it

    3.how long will it take for becoming a faster and fitter person with these plyometrics

  • Why always me when it comes to EVERYTHING?

    Hi I'm a 15 year old I go to high school and i have never been

    In my whole life comfortable with anything I don't know why and when I say everything I mean everything

    At school I'm always laughed at and sometimes bullied I'm not so social I always study hard and remember everything and after the exam I get much less grades than expected

    I'm never good with girls although I was close to someone then it just finished and became over and I dunno how

    I'm never invited to places and whenever. We had lessson where we had to work in groups I was always last to be there without a partener and when it came to sports I made a team for soccer and then everybody ditched me and left to other teams

    And in the neighbor hood I. Was never getting along with anyone people just laugh at me and I don't know why

    And I'm also not comfortable at home my sisters and. parents

    like. My brother more than me he's 13 I sometimes just get very jealous they get him everything and I have to work for what I earn and most of the time he gets me into trouble for things that I didn't do and they believe him and ground me and hit me a lot. And they never belive me

    They never call me by my name they refer to me as a bull or even a donkey

    I love soccer and I always practice and I'm always confident before playing but when I play I always mess up and look down ...

    I never find things when I need them but I do when I don't need them all the time... I just gave upp I can't take it anymore

    Please do you have any advice if I could. Of gave you 100 points I would please

    P.s is this karma because I used to bully and hit my brother but not anynore

    hey guys im really wondering how i should start the new year from september as i enter grade 11 where i do AS level and that needs everyday studying.....i dont know how to organize myself wen it comes to time.. how many hours a day should i study after homework .....i usually dont do much during the week other than watch 2 soccer matches and i really want to know that if i would able to train for soccer at home for 2-3 hrs and workout physically for an hour a day which is 4 hrs total i come back home from school at 4.00 pm and i usually sleep from 4-8 hours
