Which connector from my PC PSU should I use to power an led strip?

This is my PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8...

LEDs that I'm thinking about getting: http://www.amazon.com/Hitlights-Blue-Lighting-Stri...

What I want to know is if there are any connectors on the power supply that I could use to connect the wires from the LED strip to. Could I use a 4-pin molex connector to power a LED strip? There is also a "12V P4/P8 (4 pin / 8 pin)" connector on the PSU, and the voltage the LED strip is also 12v, so would I be able to use that connector? If I can use either of these connectors, (or if there is a better one to use) which slots in the connector are positive and negative? Also, I am putting this in the inside of my case, so I do not want to use batteries or a different power supply that needs to be plugged in to a wall outlet.
