Add nice descriptions and titles. That are catchy. Don't upload 10 videos a day. 1 Is usually the best choice. When I see someone uploading 5 or 4 videos a day. I kind of lose interest because I don't have the time to watch all of them. But if its 1 a day or 1 every few days its a lot easier to stay closer and have the time to watch the new videos. Also you can try sending out your new videos to your subscribers, (with a friendly message saying "Hey Guys, here is my new video I uploaded, If you want you can drop by and check it out, (leave some feedback) something like that :) Hope I helped :D
