Its going to come down to JJ Watt or Adrian Peterson. Both of them can break records this year. Currently their important stats are as follows:

Also he is pretty much the only thing they have on offense.
Quite a year for him after the injury. On pace to break the rushing record.
Now for JJ Watt.

You can add Peyton Manning but in the end he isn't doing anything historical this year like AP and Watt are doing. He is doing pretty darn well and leading that team to what looks like a great playoff run but He would be my 3rd guy on the list. I just want opinions.

I say Peterson because he will break 2000 yards rushing and will break the rushing record. I would love to see Peterson break it. Favorite rb in the NFL.
