By "realistic" I assume you mean live-action? Unless you mean like game shows (they do have some)
If you mean live-action, Marvin, Marvin, by a longshot. That show is so stupid, you can feel yourself getting dumber as you watch it, like Jersey Shore, or the Kardashians.
If you mean game-shows, then I'd have to say "Figure It Out". I tried to like it, I really did, but it's just SO predictable, and half of the "talents" the kids have aren't even talents, they're just weird abilities. The most boring I saw, was a 14 year old girl who made jams and sold them to her family. Really? Jam? Teenagers don't make jam! I do like BrainSurge a lot more though. :)
