Ipad: How do I Position Lock My Ipad?
I don't know how to get my Ipad to stay lock in a position. A friend told me which button it is, and I've looked it up myself but the button next to volume seems to be some sort of mute feature(not sure).
It's like a button with a red spot that slides, and when I slide it, an icon of a bell shows up with a dash across it. Whatever that does, the screen still changes position when I move around.

You can go into settings and change the button next to the volume to do EITHER a mute or lock.
But... you can also do this:
1. Double tap the home button.
2. Swipe to the RIGHT.
you should see a rotation lock button (square with a round arrow). tap that.
