I dropped my phone in water?
So about a week ago I dropped my phone in water. About 4 days after that little black lines started to appear. I put it in rice, that did nothing. Now black the black lines are getting bigger and there are even black spots. What should I do?

If you bought it recently, you should be able to return it to the store you bought it in.
If not: I hope you're insured or you're screwed.

take the battery out and check to see if there is a little white square on the bottom of your phone.
If it is not white, then the water permanently damaged your phone...
