Best way to _______ in Black Ops 2?

I'm not a noob, however I just recently got the game. What is the best class (under level 25 for everythinh btw) best killstreaks and best game mode. I have a vague idea but I am not sure. 42 kills 38 deaths, 1st proper match (told you, I'm not a noob)

I'm a noob, but an effective one. I maintain 1.60 K/D ratio until 1st prestige, and I'm now heading to 2nd prestige with 1.75 K/D ratio. I use MTAR only before going 1st prestige, and I only play team deathmatch. I don't use any secondary, and I use all perk greeds. I keep MTAR at max level before going 1st prestige, so that I can continue to use it again at max level after 1st prestige, and then you'll be given 1 permanent unlock, and use it with AN-94. The reason why I use MTAR only is because this is a powerful assault rifle that is first available after you go prestige. And, also before you can customize your class, use EVO in operative class that comes with "ghost" perk. Also, you can go to boot camp in combat training. It's a room restricted to players under level 20 or something.

    Here is my class setup:

Primary: MTAR with FMJ and silencer

    Secondary: none

    Perk 1,2,3 greed.

killstreak: UAV, hunter killer, care package

I've been playing call of duty for 10 years the best thing to do is try out all the guns and use the one you like the most.

it depends on what type of gaming style you have and what guns you like to use its all based on opinion in this case
