Do guys ever shut up!?

you're probably not as hot as you think first off.

second, you gave them your number for a reason if you didn't want them to text you, you shouldn't have given it to them.

third, they're probably just as desperate for attention as you are.

Other than that I am the same way but I'm a guy, I won't text people unless they text me first and half the time I don't even text them back for hours because I have other things to do and a convo over text is boring.

my advice would be to meet cooler guys that don't need attention to feel valued.

Hey girl, I totally know what you mean....sometimes guys can be so clingy. But then again do can girls! I know that when I text a guy that I like, I can be pretty clingy haha...it natural. Anyway, you should feel flattered but if you want, just be like "oh my phone is about to die, I'll text you later". Yeah, it's wrong to lie lol but it's just a small white lie...gives you at least a couple hours of peace and quiet and doesn't hurt their feelings. That's what I do when a guy texts me nonstop. So just think of an excuse and just don't be rude about it. Good luck! :)

actually, you are one of those people who has charisma ... someday, you could be a celebrity ... in their minds you already are ... a girlfriend once told me "when you're pretty, you have to be nice to people" because they expect it

here is my advice: keep playing this situation as a laboratory of ideas ... set a new trend ... make suggestions of new places to hang out, things to buy, things to wear or say ... find out what POWER you have like a sociologist and take the time you need for yourself ... in time, you may need these guys as allies or for your posse ... just work it and keep it in balance ... don't get attached to any of them and eventually they will fade away or start up your first fan club ... be smart and stay a step ahead of them ... it will intensify or fizzle ... and you will have learned a great lesson in life - namely, that it matters most what people BELIEVE rather than what is true or real

hahahahahahha. yes, guys can shut up. no not all guys do this. no you are not wrong about guys texting you because they like you because they want to know you better. just respond slower and take your time. text them once every 10-15 minutes. i think you have a problem if they text you, you dont respond, and they text you again like you didnt see the first one. that s*** is annoying,

You did say you were in high school, so that should answer your question..they are immature and don't know how to act around girls. Also, try not giving them your number..that would help. ooorr just ignore them, I've done it; it works quite nicely =)

Tell them "LEAVE ME ALONE" don't feel bad cause your doing the right thing, if you don't want them to bug you then tell them straight away.
