Does anyone know how to gain weight for the Army the healthy way ?

I weight 124 pounds and want to gain 2 Pound's but with healthy foods, Any good ideas ?

    2 lbs. is not very much. Gain some muscle, work out and eat complex carb foods: whole grains, meats, veggies, fruit.

    Take in more healthy foods and start hitting the weights. That's how I did it. Or you can buy protein powder. What ever floats your boat

    running, lifting, pushups, etc

    the weight you gain doesnt have to be fat. gain muscle weight. you'll need it!
