dice que esta conectado al wi fi, tengo dos modems asi que a ambos se conecta, pero siempre que quiero abrir algo de internet dice que no hay servicio de internet, los modems funcionan perfectemente, el celular es nuevo, entonces no se que hacer, ayuda gracias!

Necesitas configurar el teléfono para que use la red wifi, por lo general, lee el manual y busca como dar prioridad a ese tipo de redes, me pregunto si puedes navegar mediante datos del operador.
