No God/Jesus is not racist, these and other people/groups exist because of their interpretation of the bible and because of their own free will, it is their choice, that is also the reason why god/jesus doesn't do anything like what you mentioned above because he gave people free will, he gave them the choice to make up there own minds.

Everyone interpretates the bible differently even those of the same denmoination or religious leanings unfortunatly some people go to extremes with are massively wrong such as the groups you mentioned above. By the way, Nazis aren't christians, they used to (under the orders of Adolf Hitler) burn bibles and religious books.

God through Jesus will accept anyone who believes in his name and the that he died for there sins, unless members of those groups believed that and repented of there sins they would not have gone to heaven or been able to call themselves christians in the true sense of what that means.

He didn't stop them because he doesn't have control over people. Even in the bible he doesn't have power. Why else do you think he had to set out rules and Jesus, etc to tell people what to do when he could of just control them and the way they think.
