What should I do if I havent got but 10 hours of sleep this week?

I take sleeping pills listen to relaxing music. I'm going insane with no sleep ugh!

    You're stressed. Go get a massage or something. :)

    You should take a break from your busy schedule and have some good rest. You should also eat lots of fruits.

    dun take pills drink alot of milk. but first tire ur self the whole day.walk, work, jog, clean the house, whatever will tire u
