how can you put something under your tumblr's description ?
Well I have a dropdown menu and it shows it on a corner of my blog and I dont really like it , so how can I move it under my description ?

You either have to edit the blog's html code, or change it's theme. The html code is under the edit button when you're on your blog page, if you click it, there should be an 'edit html' button and that will do what you need. Themes are located under the same edit bar, or you can get a free one off the internet that will give you a code that you can copy and paste into the html box. Hope that will fix your problem!
