Into the garden a snake did come?
Purely rethorical question.
God supposedly banished the devil LOOONG before he even made the world, right? So this once beautiful angel was pretty upset and vowed to destroy and corrupt all of God's men, just out of spite and anger for being banished and for no longer being God's favorite angel.
So if God is all-seeing and knows everything... how did he miss out on the snake? The devil fooled god!! How did that happen, lol?

Possibilities :
1. The snake was his own person and wanted to have a little fun (but how did the snake know that Adam is not suppose to eat from that tree?)
2. The snake is the devil (I guess god wanted the devil to be there)
3. The snake was god
4. The story is made up by people who don't like snakes.

No nothing suggest that God banished the Devil long before He made the world,
Ever thing suggest that the angels were made in the six day creation, and were banished from the heavens during the flood, when they and man angered God,

Wrong--devil(the angel Lucifer) visited the Garden BEFORE his fall.
He didn't miss out on the snake--remember He took away it's legs--the reason Lucifer chose the snake was because it was very subtle--the angels also had free will that is why it was chosen.
The devil fooled EVE not God who then fooled Adam. God does not want robots--He wants creatures (angelic and mortal) who will choose Him out of love--not programming.

If you want to know how humanity was created then read the history of the anunnaki. The Sumerians were some of the most ancient civilizations on the planet. There was no talking snake. 'God' banished the 'serpent' because humans developed the ability to think and to multiply. The Hebrew texts of the old testament is different to the English version. They translated it wrongly.

No, satan did not fool God, you have that wrong, He can only do what God allows Him to do. Satan has many nicknames, one of them is snake, serpent etc.,

satan didn't fool God. God allowed him to entice Eve to disobey Him to see what her and Adam's choices would be.
