The book of the dead and Egyptian mythology was around like 5000 years before christans came into the scene, and there are quite a few similarities between the two.

Is christianity a re-make of Kemitic (that's ancient egyptian) religion?

I was under treatment for dispepsia with levosulpiride. It worked... but no one told me a side effect of the pill was that I would start producing milk!! The doctor told me to stop using the levosulpiride treatment and that the production of milk would eventually cease... It's been 3 days and I'm still making milk. I'm not pregnant nor do I have kids.

How long wil this take to stop?? Do I have to squeeze it out? It hurts!! Help please!!

I used to think it was 9, but there are these new things like Makemake and Ceres, so I just wassa know if these planets are officially now considered a part of the solar system or are they real at all? Thanks.

Ok, you guys here know me to be an atheist. I've worked at my current job for nearly 6 years now (college shrink) and there's this group of christian people who all know each other and hang with each other and exchange stuff and whatever, I don't mind them. But there's this ONE lady who always smiles at me (creepy, moth-ball smelling granny grin) and tells me Jesus is waiting and Jesus this and Jesus that. Day in and day out, I come to my office / consultory and on my desk or on my laptop there's ALWAYS a post it note with some bible passage or some prayer quote or some crap like that. I've told her nicely and not so nicely and she always replies with the same creepy little smile with something like: "I won't stop because Jesus has told me to lend you a hand, because one day you WILL come to him... and he never lies, so I know one day you will listen and pay attention and bla bla bla!!"

I've tried nicely, I've tried reporting her to the dean (supposed to be a secular institution, but he only shugs and laughs and says 'ignore her'), I've tried yelling, I've tried it all... I still find an annoying post it on my desk every morning!!

What to do?? How to make her stop?

God supposedly banished the devil LOOONG before he even made the world, right? So this once beautiful angel was pretty upset and vowed to destroy and corrupt all of God's men, just out of spite and anger for being banished and for no longer being God's favorite angel.

So if God is all-seeing and knows everything... how did he miss out on the snake? The devil fooled god!! How did that happen, lol?

I have two kids whom I'm gonna hug and kiss hard when they get home from school 2day... I can't imagine, seding your child off to school and then getting a phone call telling you your child's been shot dead by a crazy gunman. 20 kids...

So how many christians here actually believe god made a guy out of putty and then removed a rib to make a woman and so on, and how many are evolutionist christians?

I'm asking because I've seem christians here get upset because atheists generalize about their beliefs, and that there ARE evolutionist christians...so let's have it.
