The book of the dead and Egyptian mythology was around like 5000 years before christans came into the scene, and there are quite a few similarities between the two.

If you note, your sources provide absolutely NO primary sources.
If you actually do look at the primary sources, it would take you about 15 minutes to see that the Jesus-Horus correlations are completely made up.
OK, there is a reasonable iconographic connection between the Isis-Horus images & Mary & Jesus. But that's it. And there isn't one single Egyptology or Near Eastern History journal that would ever print this crap, because it's purely bad research.
There are plenty of pre-christian mythological archetypes for Jesus' story. Horus is really not one of them.
Just pick up any REAL book on Egyptian mythology, that has primary source quotes, and do the background research for yourself.

Seriously, there are commonalities between many people's ideas about Gods and their myths about them.
Horus and Jesus have some overlap, but sometimes people try to hard to connect dots between them that aren't there.

Comparing Jesus to Horus is like comparing the sun with all its radiance to a grain of sand on the moon.
Not sure what you are trying to accomplish.

The "official story", believe it or not, is that Satan know that Jesus was coming and so started those pre-Christian myths similar to the Jesus story in order to discredit Him.
If you want Salvation, pay no attention to the actual world around you --- you must believe only the bronze-age book of stories.

Horus, Osirus, Mithras, Heracles, Apollodorus of Tyana, are just a FEW of the resurrection faith icons predating J.C.

Junior was an amalgamation of Egyptian, Babylonian, Mesopotamian, Pagan Hebrew and Zoroastrian mythos with a smattering of tribal influence.
The textual Junior drew influence from many sources and, I have no doubt, that these characteristics were assigned to him, post mortem to draw in supporters/followers, rather than his actual life and times.

Someone has been watching Zeitgeist again. The link below will take you to a page that debunks many so called "Jesus Parallel" myths. Enjoy.
