I am bipolar. My feeling towards my partner have never changed, just my emotions. Just because I am feeling depressed for a few weeks doesn't mean I am going to hate him. I still love him, but I feel sad. He is always there for me to comfort me during those times. But my emotions don't change daily. It is usually I will be depressed for a few weeks, then the next few weeks I will be very happy. Even when I was in the worst depression I ever felt, I still loved him so much.

Bipolar moods last for many weeks or months so no you donot change your feelings everyday.
