Ill break this into two steps, looks and personality.

Looks: Guys like girls that are shorter than them, have nice boobs, a nice ***, are not too skinny (anorexia is the biggest turn off ever), are not too fat, and most importantly don't look fake (too much make-up or fake tan is just disgusting in the eyes of most guys).

Personality: Guys want someone whos nice to hang around with and doesnt cause stress or drama in their lives. They want someone who respects them and doesnt judge them, and will love them unconditionally.

I love the cute girls that smile a lot and laugh, have nice eyes and hair, and doesn't wear too much make-up. I like girls that converse in a fairly calm manner, and don't like drama or make things harder for the guy; I really hate it when girls give illogical, mixed signals, and try to over-complicate the situation. Dating is already an extremely complicated topic, why make it worse?

Anyways (I got side-tracked), I really just want a nice caring girl who has a heart and some character. I'm a really big "nice guy", because I like to be one, and I know it's ultimately what a girl looks for in a guy. I don't want to be mean to girls; I treat them with respect and hospitality.
