Saturn SL2 die/lurch cold start issue?
95 Saturn SL2 when cold nearly dies then lurches forward when I press on the gas pedal slightly. Its annoying but its not a big deal.
No codes. Only happens from a cold start for a few minutes.

first thing I would do is change the engine oil and use only the specified oil weight.
pretty sure your car should have SAE 5W-30 engine oil.
Oil that is too thick can cause a hard start or no start when cold.
also when changing your oil filter make sure you get a filter with a drain back valve. if you look at the open end of the filter and peer through the smaller holes toward the outer edges you should be able to see a rubber flap. this keeps the oil from draining out of your engine after you shut it off.
