Teacher wants to suspend me of a roumer .?
My stupid gym teacher wants to suspend me because I miss te beginning of Tuesdays class weekly for reasons my mom tellse her of ! I broke my leg in gym a year ago and te bone moved and I had surgery and now she wants to suspend me for weekly docter updates ! Is this legal ?

No I don't think it is long as you have a doctors note stating what happen you should be fine but at the same time you also have to do make up work for missing those days but your teacher should be more understanding. It's not much you can do in gym class if you for injured its pointless to suspend u for that.

If you have a legitimate reason including a note from your doctor, you should not be suspended.
