I know it sounds dumb, but i don't mean like the dead rising, I mean like a rabies infection??

You post this question a few times every day. Why ? You are wasting your life.
Zombies, werewolves, etc are made-up fantasy creatures. They do not exist and there will be no zombie outbreak, attack, apocalypse or whatever. Grow up !

Science is unpredictable.
The possibility is there, but it is very unlikely. As a form a rabies, unless it were possible to affect humans (the aggressive state of it, at least), it wouldn't be anything like a zombie, but rather a very irate deranged human. Since rabies is fatal left untreated, the "human rabies zombies" theory is out of my mind. The possibility of a zombie virus is extremely low, and there is no current virus (other than rabies)
that could produce a zombie-like human (but the undead theory is impossible, so there is nothing to worry about.) As far as an outbreak goes, the military would mobilize and it would lock down everything. The military in real life is 1000x more versatile, accurate, deadly, and smarter than their movie counterparts that shoot from the hip and allow zombies to get close, even though they have guns.
In short, it can happen, but it wont happen.

possibly, in Haiti. study "The Serpent and the Rainbow," by using Wade Davis, for counsel on how genuine Vodoun (Voodoo) medical doctors create zombies with selfmade concoctions of herbs and animal factors.
