restore deafult keyboard settings, Windows 7?

I dropped a paperweight on my keyboard yesterday, and I think I got the Windows key stuck down, because none of the keys did what I expected when I pressed them. I have a new kayboard now, it is mostly okay, but the letters C and H will not work in any Windows windows, or in Corel Draw X6. They work fine in notepad, outlook, IE9, etc. The virtual keyboard works fine, but is very annoying to use.

I think I may have somehow remapped the C and H keys. Is there a way to restore the default keyboard map? I've tried uninstalling and re-installing drivers, changing keyboards, using a different USB port, and rebooting my computer numerous times.

Update:

also just added another keyboard language, UK English, still no C or H in windows :(

Update 2:

well of course the 7th time I uninstalled my keyboard drivers, unplugged the keyboard, rebooted the computer, and plugged the keyboard back in, the letters C and H decided to cooperate. Not the first 6 times I did that, only the 7th. At least now I have all the letters again! :)
