Whats the best way to transfer large files to another computer online?
Without installing an application or paying a subscription, I want to send a file that's 190 MB to a friend. My yahoo only goes to 25 MB.

There isnt much service that gives users to ability to transfer large file like you have (190 MB). I was going to say use DROPBOX, but you dont want to install it. I would go with Google Drive or the Dropbox. Simplest and easiest way to do.

with winrar: Add the file to an archive option. Where it says split to volumes, bytes. Input the desired file size there.
