So work has blocked internet access on a computer. Sites beginning in https:// can be accessed ie: Google, yahoo, Wikipedia, Facebook, etc... Not all sites can be accessed with this prefix. I do know that the internet can be reconnected when a new DNS address is entered on IPv4.

Any help on the technique they used to limit access?

I often see the TV frequencies on generic Driver Freq lists, but they never worked... now i know that one upon a time in the 90's they would, but now they don't. Can anybody confirm ESPN's 2013 frequency for race day? Im not looking for the link of the frequencies, Im curious to know if they ever worked for anybody this year and what that FREQ was.

Building a snow sled and it can only be made of cardboard and duct tape.... Should I line the bottom of the sled with duct tape for less friction on the snow?
