Car gets fuel pressure, but no spark? Electrical issue? Worse than or better than?

Hello, my name is Anthony, and I need an answer to a possibly serious or not too serious problem at hand. Currently own a 1993 Ford Taurus GL sedan. 3.0L V6 Automatic. Currently has 107k on it. Recently got into an accident and found out my trunk is rotting. So I decided to find a "new vehicle." In reality, I like the luxury of a Taurus. Especially the luxury within an SHO model from that era. It's the middle class man's mustang. And I have found one. But it has a few issues. Here is the description from the ad: "NO SPARK!!!! Gets fuel pressure but no spark. Had spark last week but no fuel pressure, fixed fuel issue, now no spark. Possible alarm or control module ???? Great fun little project." Looking at the vehicle it's in great condition. There is no rot on the rocker panels, or wheel wells. Which you'd typically expect. The guy is selling it for 800 dollars because of this issue. So I ask what could the problem with the car be?

It could be the alarm system. It could be a bad ECU. It could be a bad CPS. It could be a dozen things. Nothing but someone who can use a voltmeter and follow a wiring diagram is going to be able to do anything but guess. Those Yamaha engines can be world class pains in the butt to fix.

Motor or tranny seized maximum possibly the motor. The noise wont flow away when you harm the engine no count how plenty oil you put in it. 10 minutes is extra beneficial than adequate time to snatch if it became very low on oil. positioned a a million/2 rachtet and socket on the crank bolt and with the tranny in impartial attempt to coach it clockwise. stable success
