I always found it interesting to wonder what the world would have been like if the Axis powers of World War 2 won the war.
I imagine it to be a more peaceful world. Not necessarily a better world, but more peaceful.

change the science governing the universe.
no or different rules governing gravity, electric, light, newton's laws etc.
we got matter = solid, liquid and gas as the basics. add or subtract from that.
