How can I make a book?

I peer-teach an Italian class, and all along I've been making nice printed copies of the notes in a Word document. I'd like to find an easy tool that would let me upload or copy these documents into a real, nice looking book. I don't really care whether it's paperback or hardcover, and I'm not looking to publish it professionally, just one or two copies. I've seen Bookemon, and I like that, but I was wondering if there are any alternatives. Thanks!
