Usually a lot anything from Japan is really expensive the best artists over there would charge $2000 to $3000 for a sleeve. Here is would be $1000. My artists charges $1500 per piece. Part of the Asian culture they charge and charge as much as they can I came from their to America. Oh and you have to be 20 to get a tattoo in Japan.
