Wondering how much it would cost to ship pretty an 8x10 envelope from Long Beach USA to Bosnia and Herzegovina near Croatia? Also do they accept forever US stamps? Or I would have to go to the post office and get different currency for postal stamps?

I am a fan of Jazz Jennings! She is a brave young lady who advocate for LGBT and people with differences:) She is a transgender woman:) genitals don't define who she is plus now in days the younger generation can get hormone treatment to develop almost exact as their gender they identify and never develope into the gender they don't want. Will Jazz or transgender girls or even transgender boys and men at 18 will have to sign up for selective service?

Seems rare their 4 year old son would inherit blue eyes and dirty blonde hair from both brown eyed parents the dad having a more darker brown towards black colored eyes but has a Spanish Castilian look. Do both probably have to carry blue eye recessive genes that match?

Hello, I am visiting the Los Angeles area Torrance to be exact. I saw that they sell week passes or day passes for the buses. So I assume the if i buy a day pass or a week pass they are good for all of the regualar city busses of LA Metro throughout the whole LA county from downtown LA, Glendale, Downey, Hollywood, Pasadena, to Orange County area? I know the rails and the express busses have their own fees. Where can i buy a day pass or a week pass. Can you buy them from the bus driver? I am from SF. Thanks

I am aware of the concerns about Isis and sharia law:( I know that extremists are not Muslims, but sharia law is so similar to the strict laws they use. Some info on the internet and what people say are false as propoganda. I have no problem with everyone believing in what they want whether you are Christian, Muslim, Islam, Buddhists, Atheleists, Jehovah Whiteness, Judaism ect.. By being peaceful and respectful of others, but forcing violence and denying women's basic rights is not ok! I am from the United States do I hope they won't force us to live like them in 50 years or anytime in the future. Any advice or info on if we are doing a ok job with preventing them to get so out of control? Is our military up to par?

I will be attending the S.F. Giants Parade. Any advice, how to stay safe and not get crowd trampled or that is more for concerts? What time should I be to get a good seat? How long to wait to leave for the Bart? Any of you have been to any Championship parades? Thanks

I live in Santa Cruz, California. I do go to visit Sourhern California to see family yearly or more. I am a little confused why I meet not all, but a lot of people who want to live up in Santa Cruz area or SF area. Artists to academic college students. Why would they want to leave San Diego and Los Angeles are to come here? I lived here for a while and find it boring. Los Angeles and So Cal to me personally have way more opportunity. Here the art is not that great and I see they even get tattooed by mediocre tattoo artists here meaning with bad line work and blotched shading which the ink does not hold up, when Los Angeles has the best tattoo artists on the west coast. That fine line b&w or color realism in art and tattoos. I personally have all my tattoo work and art pieces done in Los Angeles. The colleges are even better in So Cal. There is even more now hiring signs in So Cal than Northern California. The weather is warmer too. They even canceled 3 art programs due to lack of interest. Even the business market and science is better in the So Cal area. Even more mind boggling some people leave California to go to Kansas or Alaska. They Opinions?

Hello, I am have more an oppinion to ask or views than questions? So I am a 21 years old college student for art. I am volunteering right now too as an artist assistant. I am thnakful for everything I have in my life so far, but sometimes other things like seeing some things classmates have kind of distract me from being appreciative of what I have to the fullest than what I don't have. This one person had been to more places than me and is in a higher University. She is popular we are actually both orginally from China from the same orphange so I have known her my whold life. I heard we were crib buddies lol. I don't remember that anyways .I have been to China cities include Bejing, The Great Wall,Hong Kong, Chengdu People's Great Hall & The Panda Zoo petting a baby panda, and Tibet. I have been to Cancun, Mexico, Miami FL, Wisconsin Great Lakes,Yellostone, Arizona, Oregon, Washington State,Las Vegas &Reno NV, Colorado mesas, Chicago Airport, Dallas airport, Maui airport, Wakki, Kona, Princeville Hawaii. Idaho for our dog. Montana, Taos New Mexico. We go to Southern California 2 times a year from the Bay Area. So only 2 countries out of the US. I also heard more than half of Americans have not been outside the country. Also sometimes I forget that the western world is overly blessed compared to 70% of people who don't have oppotunities as the USA. They are happy with just having close family and helping their local friends and neighbors, even though they never have traveled.

Hello, I will be getting a tattoo tomorrow from a well known artist originally from France, but now located in Los Angeles. It will be about $1000 for a 5x7 tattoo. He charges $1000 minimum for any tattoo that is 5x7 and the price goes up from that. He is on tour now in my local city before he goes to Europe. Depending on what you want. He is normally booked up for a couple of months. Is it necessary to tip for a highly requested artist? Who also has some well known clients on list waiting list too. I would like to tip, but I will be spending my max. Thanks

Hello, I am in a Painting class with a professor that thinks my art is not really appealing, she said it was nice stuff but not enough to do painting, she still let me in with skipping the pre-requisites which is very nice. This is my 2nd semester in college too. Here is my art and hers. Hers is on the left mostly mine is on the right. I did the girls, the river trees, and the purple eye. I am mind confused and she paints like this? Is she doing a good thing by pushing me because I have potential? We have a neighbor who moved next door 2 years ago. He has his friend clean up and help him out with his property. I see no problem with having a friend help out, but his friend is an older man he is at least 45 or older. The part I don't get is he is there every weekend with his truck parked right out in front of our house view, yes he can park there because it is their property. It's common curtisy when we ask him nicely to park about 10 feet out down out of the view of our house(In their own drive way). I just turned 20, but this started when I was 17. When I wash my families cars and do chores outside mainly on the weekends. I notice he looks at me smiling when I kneel down to pick up leaves he looks at me too. One time he was parked outside a different view of our house where the blinds were open. When my parents were not home, because I closed the other ones due to his truck and him being outside. Now he is here almost everyday of the week plus the weekends. It is strange because he doesn't live here it's his friends house he is supposively helping out with. He does clean, but its so little to be done and it looks the same. The fact that I am young and he smiles all the time is not appropriate since he is 45+ with gray hair and I am a young women just out of my teenager years. The guy who actually owns the property was very defensive when my mom talked to him about his friend cleaning up with his truck parked in front of our view and not even in the property drive way, plus they they have another parking place he doesn't use at the house which is on the property about 5 feet away. I have had an incident in the past as a kid.Any advice? Thanks

I am turning 20 in a matter of minutes. I am nervous about getting older, I am sad about leaving my teenage years. I am going to college part time, but still am not sure where to go with a career. I love to draw and started drawing at age 3, but it is too bad that art is hard to make a career out of. Any advice? Thanks
