No she would not be one. Most of them are in there late 40s and dating guys in there mid twenties. Ten years does not make her a cougar. BTW there is nothing wrong with cougars.

No, not really. Earlier women over 35 used to be called cougars if they dated much younger men but nowadays to be called a cougar you should be over 40. A woman between the ages of 30 and 39 who prefers to date much younger men are now being called a puma.
