If a man owes tons of money to a student loan and he gets married, is that woman responsable for any of that loan?

We are re financing and his credit score is better than mine so we are just using him on the signing of papers but Im on the deed. We both pay 50/50. If he were to die is the home still legally mine?

My friend who lives in Washington gave me 5k to buy a car for her son in Oregon where I live, She hates to do that kind of thing so I offered. I bought her a car and now I need to transfer title to her. On the bill of sell do I have to put 5k or can it be less. I know she has to pay taxes on it. But can we put any price on the form?

We have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is a wonderful family dog who listens and follows us never running off. He was always happy to go everywhere with us even into stores such as Home Depot. Then all of a sudden at about 1 yr old he started to be aware that these stranger he goes up to so eagerly he doesnt know then and started to bark and nip not bite if they would go to pet him. My son has been dating his girlfriend for ever a year and he still barks at her and will nip if she goes to pet him She is not the only person he will be like this with. She is here all of the time and then there is my parents who he sees 2 or 3 times a year and every time he sees them he wants to play and has never seemed scared of them Why is this and what can we do to fix him? He is perfect in every other way. He has never seemed scared of us and has never nipped at any of us. He never barks unless he barks at people. My sons girlfriend works with animal and she has been bringing treats over to try and make him feel at ease with her. He is much better but you can still see his face change when he looks at her. Any suggestions? thanks!
