how can i get my lcd screen for my laptop fixed?
i know nothing about laptops and i dont want to try and solve the problem myself.. where/who/how can i get in fixed? how much does it cost?

I'd recommend just searching "computer repair shops" on Google Maps to find repair shops in your area. Unless you have a Mac, than you don't need anything special. Just check on reviews before visiting. Also, the cost depends on your laptop; screen size, resolution, and "rareness" all are taken into account for pricing.

its very expensive. you could maybe look for one on eBay, tiger direct or newegg and see if they have one for the exact model of your laptop. This can be very hard to do if you do not know what you are doing.
if it is a older laptop i would hook it up to a tv or an external monitor and buy an external hard drive or flash-drive and back up what you want. and then buy a new laptop.
for example a laptop i am familiar with is $100 for the screen only. does not include the webcam and casing.
