You should not use any type of deodorant for pepper spray. When your life is in danger, you want a self defense product that's made by a professional company like Mace, Wildfire and Pepper Shot. When you invest in pepper spray from one of these companies, you know you are getting pepper spray with the proper strength to stop an attacker. You need a defense spray with at least 10% pepper spray to stop an attacker. Pepper Spray is very cheap. Therefore, there is no excuse to use some homemade pepper spray. If you search online, you may be able to get some pepper spray for under five dollars.

No. Simply because pepper spray is meant cause several pain to the attackers. Such as horrible pain In the eyes, and trouble breathing. All you'll be doing with the axe spray is pissing off the attacker, making the situation worse, and making him or her smell better. Carry your keys in your hand with a key sticking out between the fingers for a cheap substitute method.
