    first find the general solution to the equation

    y'' + a y' + b y = 0

    Call this solution yh. It will have two undetermined constants in it.

    Then guess that yp = c cos(377 t) + d sin(377 t)

    solves

    yp'' + a yp' + b yp = 220 sin(377 t)

    solve for what the constants c and d have to be

    the general solution is

    yh + yp
