According to your teachings of the holy bible thus it is clearly written with in the first ten commandments that clearly list what to do or not to do and the punishment that will be delivered. so why is my neighbor still alive after coventing my home which is a sin according to the bible and sin is a crime against god and to be punished by death for sinning against gods words. so why aint she dead yet?

Because none of the 10 Commandments come with a curse that says, "Within 24 hours of breaking these commandments, you will be struck dead."
Now, isn't that something of a relief for all those who violate the first two or the other eight? Gives them a chance to repent.

Clearly, you as well as other critics of the Bible, have a reading comprehension disorder. You and your neighbor are not a legal party to the old covenant. Do you make your neighbor's house payment?

Because you haven't gone far enough over the edge to do what must be done.
