    Easy chicken noodle soup:

heat some water on the stove

    add noodles

when they get soft add a good vegetable bullion cube

quorn has vegetarian "chicken" cutlets and cubes you can add

and frozen vegetables, I use a pea carrot mix

    spaghetti

make noodles, add canned sauce, frozen vegetables (brocoli?), and Boca or Morningstar crumbles

or tvp (textured vegetable process), much cheaper

    or vegetarian meatballs

    stir fry

frozen brocoli, stir fry veggie mix

quorn cutlets again? sometimes I cut up a hard boiled egg and add it

heat until hot, add soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, whatever

    make some instant rice

    tacos

    taco shells

    tomatoes, lettuce

    cheese if your not vegan

    etc,....

heat Boca or Morning star crumbles, add 3/4 of a pack of taco seasoning to a bag of crumbles or to taste

    Chili

1 can of red kidney beans (or chili beans)

    2 cans of diced tomatoes

1/2 can of corn or some frozen corn (put corn in at the end)

crumbles or tvp (add closer to the end)

chili powder and cumin powder are necessary

    i add paprika too

some times I add tiny pieces of celery (put those in right away so they have time to soften)

and sometimes I add 1/2 can white hominy (definitely worth trying)

heat everything until the beans are soft -high heat

    Sloppy joes

    hamburger buns

    crumbles

heat crumbles, add ketchup, some mustard, and some brown sugar

(sorry I don't cook with proportions)

keep messing around until you like how it tastes, don't let it get too liquidy

    and serve

You can buy them from the produce department. Actually, there are plenty of sites online that have very good vegetarian/vegan recipes. Add lots of spices and herbs for flavor. Eat beans and lentils too.

first, go to the library or bookstore. There are literally hundreds of vegetarian cook books. In fact, most regular cookbooks have a vegetarian section. For instance the cook book that came with my crockpot has a whole bunch.

Most of us only need a handful of recipes. The way i understand it, most people will find a recipe they like and have it every week.

The other answerer listed a few website. my favorite is compasionate cooks. Compasionate cooks has a great podcast for vegans, too which is worth subscribing too.

Anyway, here are a couple of good recipes and a few more web sites.

increase heat and cook and stir for 5 minutes. Spoon over quinoa.

    Burrito

Then eat green beans out of a saucepan which you've cooked them in for three minutes, add some garlic, lemon juice and seasalt, and add some other green vegetables you've done the same with.

DO you not have the use of your chopping board?

In the superstore, fruits are usually chosen far too soon. Some are rocks, many are bad. Some of the fruit and vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.

Fruits are described as ripened flower ovaries which produce seeds.

  • I detect a whiff of troll--after all, it's pretty easy to Google "vegetarian recipes"--but here's a website: www.vegweb.com.
