How to tell whether you have MD or if its just daydreaming that everybody (probably) has? Is it bad?

not everyone has MD. its not very known & popular. but I've heard of other people having it. I hate dealing with it, but it really doesnt make you a crazy person. just someone with an overactive imagination. i think there might be some medication you can take for it that helps you focus. you might also have ADD like me. MD & ADD kind of tie into each other
